Postage

All orders are despatched 7-14 working days of cleared payment. All orders  are despatched first class recorded delivery & are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in one piece. If goods have been damaged or lost in the post, then Mollie Dollie Designs Ltd will forward the proof of postage in order for the individual to make a claim against the parcel carrier. Mollie Dollie Designs Ltd CANNOT be held responsible for goods once posted.

Returns

 If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem. If you would like to return the item please do so within 5 days of receipt of goods in the original packaging. Once we have received the goods back we will reimburse your costs minus the postal charges

All sizes stated are for a guide only as due to items being hand made its difficult to get any topper to an exact size. Colours may also vary to that shown in the photos so if you are requiring toppers for any one occasion then please order them together to ensure a match.
